    I was in contact with this seller on ******** Marketplace and I have all the messages back and forth. He told me this was new in the box but the box was ripped due to transport and storage. But he assured me it was new and complete. I went up on 2-25-23 to purchase the Item. When I arrived I saw the box was open and taped. He once again assured me that this was complete. We agreed on a $200 price to purchase it as it had been opened. He only took cash, *****, ****** and ***** as payments. We paid $103 with ***** as I was having issue logging into my bank account the remaining $93 through *****. When I arrived home, I opened the box completely and found it was used and numerous parts missing. There was no ladder, no pump and the poles are dirty as this had been set up. I currently don't know the condition of the liner. I contacted him through ******** messenger numerous times and no response. I also contacted ***** and filed a dispute to get my money back. I have not received a determination on that yet. I also found it very odd that no sales tax was charged, so obviously he is not reporting this sale to the government.

    Better Business Bureau:

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Best Buy and Sell regarding complaint ID ********.
    I was told by my payment company's to contact the police but not sure what that would.even do.  He is selling products with false information and cleary not paying any taxes to the government. Would lobe to know what I can do to recover my money
