      I filed a dispute with my credit card company for 250.00 and I won. The travel agent *** **********@************ or email.*************@*****.com who travel world says he is an independent agent called me and was so rude I never had such an experience he said he would not leave the trip go if I didn’t pay the 250.00. He also said why are you going I said excuse me he then said no one wants you to go you will only ruin the wedding. This is my granddaughter wedding. He was very unprofessional and should not be allowed to treat people like this.

          Good Morning, I am responding to the Complaint letter from ********************* dated May 24, 2023.

       

      Here is my answers to her complaint:

       

      # A --     She disputed some $250 charge with her credit card & go it credited.   (so I guess she is happy)

       

      # B  --     ******************************* is an independent agent, as you can see by his e-mail.  Again he works with

                     Travel  Agencies &  Sports Tours agencies & he is not a TravelWorld employee.   He normally is

                     a very nice man who works with many tour companies.

    Travelworld is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
