    3 weeks in a row they have not provided trash pickup but they are more than willing to take your payments. This is an ongoing thing with this company and I have given them the benefit of the doubt previously. But we are now made to sit on 3 weeks worth of trash and given no solution or compensation. No extra can provided to hold the excess trash, no bill adjustments for services not rendered, nothing at all.

    Over the past 12 months, Hometown Disposal has repeatedly NOT provided the Thursday trash pickup service that we had paid for in advance. Several times (5-10), I called to inform Hometown Disposal that our trash was not picked up. They offered to "recover it" on a different date, usually the next Tuesday. However, several times it was also not picked up on the recovery date.I decided to end my service with Hometown Disposal effective 10/31/24 and did not pay the Invoice #********** ($86.98) for November 2024-January 2025 service. Now, I have received a "Past Due" bill ($50.75) dated 12/20/2024 and related to invoice #********** . This is for the period AFTER I CANCELLED THE SERVICE and did not pay the invoice. Hometown Disposal did NOT pick up our trash beginning 11/01/24, because I did NOT place any trash for them to pickup on any Thursday since 11/01/24.I called Hometown Disposal on 12/26/24, informed them that I had cancelled the service, and asked that they remove the $50.75 "Past Due" bill, since they did not collect our trash since 10/31/24. I also asked that they reimburse me for all of the times that our trash was not picked up on time, or at all. The Hometown Disposal representative claimed that I had never called to report a missed pickup, which it not true. I called multiple times, as stated above.I would like Hometown Disposal to cancel the "Past Due" bill for $50.75. I am NOT using your service since 10/31/24.I would like Hometown Disposal to reimburse me for ALL of the times that our trash was not picked up on time, or at all.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

    Starting back in September 20 20 for our garbage has not been picked up. We put our trash out every Thursday night for pick up Friday morning. The last 11 years we have put it in the same place and it has always been picked up weekly. As I mentioned above Starting early September there seem to be an issue with our trash not being picked up. We are being charged for a service that is not being provided. I have to call every single week for them to come and pick up our trash. I have documentation of the calls and the dates. Today is Friday, November 15, 2024 and our trash was not picked up. I called Hometown disposal once again and I get the same song and dance. I am sick of my trash not being picked up and I am sick of calling there, and always waiting on. Hold to reach a representative when I reach a representative I get the same thing. Questions about where is it placed and what is in the surrounding area etc. it is very frustrating. Last weeks garbage just got picked up on Tuesday so I guess they thought they didnt have to come today? Please advise what we can do about this, this is poor service.     We pay for our trash service 4 times a year (billed for 3 months at a time). Around 4 years ago, the original owners sold the business, and the new owners kept the name. Within the last 6 months, it's been so many problems- taking our trash cans, taking our recycling and items we were going to take to the landfill. The biggest issue has been them not picking up our trash. That has happened at least 5 times in about 3 months. As of today, they haven't taken our trash for the past 2 weeks ( we get billed for 1 bag per week.). Whenever I call to report it, I get an apology, but always an excuse. I should get a credit for every week they don't take our trash. It's beyond irritating, trying to guess if they will take the trash.

    I received a bill in the mail this week, saying my payment is past due, and needs to be paid by 10/30/24/ (  $ *****). My account was paid in full, through the end of August. They didn't pick up our trash for at least 3 weeks in the month of August. I informed them I had gotten a new trash disposal company, which they seem to be ignoring.

    For at least the past 8 months this company has not provided the service they are charging for. They have been late picking up our recycling every month for the past 8 months. We have had to run our recycling down ourselves because of this and were still charged full price for their service. We've had to use gas and our own time in order to recycle. They are almost impossible to get on the phone and when you do, they act like it's okay they are providing a terrible service. There are tons of other customers that are having the same issue. All you have to do is read a review. I want refunded for my recycling charge each month they were late.
