    I saw dentist in early March, had a deep clean with antibiotics. I also needed a tooth pulled. Was told I would need oral surgeon for the extraction and would be put on waiting list. It's now 15 MAY and still being told I'll be put on a waiting list. Now experiencing pain not only in the tooth needing pulled but surrounding teeth as well. This is not acceptable and already paid for by a third party. The phone service and internet service was down for a long time, so when calling to see the oral surgeon they couldn't schedule me because they couldn't see my records, as if there wasn't paper records?? Completely unsatisfied and will be requesting a discount and will tell everyone I know and on social media to not use this dental service.

Each independently owned  and operated location and care team has the autonomy to work with patients, so they receive quality  care. Every patient complaint is taken seriously and the office will work to resolve any concerns that are  raised, living into our commitment to say “Yes” to quality oral care.

    At least 6 or 7 months ago I went to aspen for top and bottom dentures when they were done I hated them they looked terrible so they said they would make me others I went thru the steps n had an appointment to pick them up they called couple days before cancelled appointment said they were sent out and color wasn't ready a few months later they said teeth were finally ready made another appointment again couple days before they cancelled said they didn't have what was needed there for them to be completed made another appointment cancelled again they were done and would have to make appointment 3 wks away. I called told them I was done and wanted a refund they said they would call me back but never did I waited a couple weeks called again they said system has been down since April they would call me back that was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything. Thru aspen dental I got a loan to pay for the dentures I have been paying $150 a month since the beginning for dentures I don't have nor want now.
