    I had a Crate and Barrel lamp I bought years ago that needed replacement shades. This place was the perfect resource. Such a great experience with my sales associate over the phone. Quick response, efficient and friendly! Great company!

    My experience was great. I had to contact customer service a couple times with questions before I purchased the lights and they were very responsive and helpful. Upon receiving I immediately tipped the box over and broke one of the shades. I had to contact customer service one more time and again they were very responsive and helpful. And of course, the price was right.

    A+ company. Excellent customer service. I needed help choosing the right light bulbs and was given very detailed, competent assistance on the phone, and then I needed help checking out to buy the products and used chat for that (I could tell it was a real person based on the conversation we had and her ability to send me help to my email). She took lots of time to help me with a very small purchase. Wonderful experience!! I highly recommend this company.

    Top of the list of vendors with whom I have worked in over 50 years! The Customer Service is the best! I was ordering a fixture online this morning and began a chat. Almost before I was finished, the order was placed. It will arrive tomorrow! Only Amazon is ever faster, and that is rare!

    Excellent quality products, great selection, good prices. Easy to navigate website. Easy to order. We're 5+ years into renovating a historical 1920 bungalow. Been searching for just the right long tube doorbell for 2 years. They had the perfect one and better price than others that really didn't fit the need.
