    As an interior design professional, I am more than pleased with the pricing and service I receive from Lighting NY. The sales and customer service teams are extremely knowledgeable and professional and for the most part provide quotes and answer questions more efficiently than anyone I have ever dealt with past or present. I highly recommend using Lighting NY for all of your lighting needs.

    So pleased with my light purchases and especially pleased with the customer service of Lighting New York. I had a couple issues that were my fault and Bryan helped me resolve those issues with ease and in a way that I was very pleased. I was very impressed with the customer service.

    Always a little nervous spending hundreds to a couple of thousand dollars over the internet but Lighting New York has never let me down. Great customer service, delivery has been within 2 days and the products have always arrived in top notch shape. Highly recommend

    Ordered several chandeliers and wall sconces from this company. Products were as advertised; excellent packing for shipping. Contacted company at a later date to order some extra replacement glass for future (just in case!) and experienced EXCELLENT customer service....something that there seems to be a shortage of with some companies these days. Would not hesitate to purchase additional items. Absolutely no issues.
