    I purchased my Salem Hemisphere in June of 2024. I put a VERY large sum of cash on the down payment. We got our walk through, they hooked it up and we left. Evidently the money they got was all they were worried about because the service took a major down hill turn from there. We got it to our camp, almost an hour and a half away, just to find out that they gave us the wrong keys. (thankfully one of the doors was unlocked)A month later I did a virtual tour and realized the one window blind was missing. I called and was told they would order it. About 2 months later, I did a follow up call and was told its coming from the manufacturer and Id get a call when it arrived. I was then hung up on. In Sept we realized the charging system wasnt working correctly. (Which we ended up having to replace ourselves) My husband spoke with the service **** and they requested our location for them to come look at it. We received no visit or return calls and our calls going forward were not answered or returned. The shower leaks amongst many other small issues within the camper. I stopped by today 1/14/25 to inquire about the blind just to find out it was never ordered. This is a lot of stuff to deal with for the money we spent, the down payment I made and the fact that we have a warranty and no one wants to help with the issues.THEN, I found out that its listed in my husbands name when I was the one who bought it!! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER with Salem RV
