    I went to the website I provided you on last page. I purchased the 100.00 wash card. My husband is at Zacherls laundromat now and couldn't figure out how to use the wash card. We called the number and they stated it is for CAR WASH ONLY. They DO NOT (as you will see) make that clear on the website where you purchase.

    VERY MISLEADING and EXTREMELY UNFAIR. I feel bamboozled. I would like to save others the hassle that I now must endure trying to obtain a refund.

    We received a letter regarding a complaint about our online store. We have already replied to this customer regarding their issue. Our website clearly states that our Wash Cards (a gift/loyalty card) are for use in our car wash bays only. Our site states "Wash Cards can be used in our Pet Wash and all Zacherls Car Wash bays." The listing does not and has never stated that Wash Cards can be used in our laundromat. We are unable to offer a refund. Our store terms clearly state "All sales final. No returns or exchanges."

    Please advise her that the card is still valid and will never expire. If the card isn't of use to her, we suggest gifting or reselling it.
