Well, unfortunately after taking 6 weeks to get an appointment, he came late,he did text me though, very nice and personable, however, my clock is not fixed, I let him know 2 days after the service call, that was 2 months ago and after 5 times getting in contact with him he has just pushed me off, not confirming an appointment after hes said he would. Nice guy, but not reliable and my clock still isnt running properly. I would use someone else. Just wanted to inform others of my experience.

To be honest here I completely take full responsibility for the review I have been given here. I failed not once with this customer but completely failed to follow up and properly handle the repair issue when contacted. I am still and always will be fully committed and willing to make this good including any and all charges from my business. I sincerely apologize for my actions/way of doing business here. Its in no way my intent to have done this.
