    Initial Contact with *********** *********** ** Catering director ********************* Paid first Deposit, $500.00 Jan 2023 then two additional payments $1,000 and another $2,000 which was made at the beginning of Feb 2024, On Fri Feb 23, 2024 found out **** was no longer at the Double Tree *********** ** hotel and would not be returning, vm left for General manager *******************, same day, Feb 24th **** called back stated hotel is closing and would not be open for my wedding reception date of June 15th 2024,I Requested a refund was told by ************************* the owner took all the money out the account and I cannot get a refund, and that I should call him, Initial call no response, googled the company and found another person **************************** who then reached out to ****, I did speak with **** and was told I would have my ***** by Thursday Feb 28th which that did not happen, Multiple calls to him, finally a response on March 1st that I would receive my refund and Prospera Management was working on it, to date no refund, no return calls from Prospera, no response to emails, at this point Im out of ***** I dont need answers as to why it closed I just want my refund, that I was Promised by **** and Prospera management I feel like this is a form of theft, and no one is responding, help is truly needed, Im a Bride needing to start all over with paying for another venue, its truly beyond a hardship,
