  I was involved in an auto accident. Someone hit me broadside and a busy city intersection ************ immediately I was pressured and multiple people to have my cartowed from the scene. I called the police. They never arrived when I finally conceded after an hour and a half they remove my car from intersection while hooked up. They told me they would take it away from the scene for me and I told them to take it to mybody shop they didnt take it to the body shop. They took it to their tow yard and now my car is being held hostage, but my assistance tow truck went to get it. They said that the bill was $4300 and that was on February 3 its now February 10. Ive called the business multiple times the person who is a tow truck driver keeps me off delaying the response time and increasing the bill. I feel this is a crime that a victim of a car accident has to be prey to tow jacking like I was and misled into believing to trust people that had my car and holding it hostage. Im at their mercy to release it.Please were notified to never arrive only the fire department leaving me too have no recourse but to have the car towed from an area that was hazardous dangerous to other drivers Please note that yo dat buisness owner is not giving me location or cost of removal I have kept a call log and called approximately 12 time with a recorder call log I called the district 9 police station and the police officer. There told me that this frequently happens to people. They have no recourse if theydont show up on the scene. Normally these tow jacks will run away once the police arrived but they never arrived so theyre fully aware of the problem in city of ************ The PD Seems to believe that it is the owner of the citizen to have to sue privately versus have the police protect a person from this?

  On Jan 12, 2023 I was t-boned in an intersection because the other driver ran a red light. After the accident my cousin and I were shaking. The tow truck driver took advantage of us at the seen of the accident, told us that the insurance was going to cover all the charges and that I shouldn't be worried about the charges. I told him that I had only liability insurance, then he proceeded to say the other drivers insurance should cover it, I proceeded to ask him out much it was going to cost out of pocket and he said don't be too worried the other drivers car insurance should cover it. But now, I first have to pay over 2,862 fees for tow service and one night storage out of pocket. I was taken advantage of. Today on Jan 13, 2023 I asked for an itemized invoice, which isn't even itemized. I would like to take my car out of that facility as soon as possible, if you look at the invoice you will know what I'm talking out. There was no clean up done by them at the seen and they still charged for it. They said I have to pay the invoice before removing the car from their facility. I wish I had checked the ****** reviews on them, I checked them today and found out they take advantage of people in terrible situations. The garage I get my oil changes at said the tow service charge will be a few hundred dollars and that I can keep that car at his garage for no extra cost. The tow truck drivers gave me a paper from ******** ***** Towing and the business card of the car storage facility. at the time of the accident which I am attaching.
