    I wish I can give this company Nathan sport Zero start. Not for the quality of the clothes, thats ok, if no for horrible costumer service they have. After buying online a running jacket size small and it arrived but size run smaller than regular US size and they dont say anything about that, but I try to return or change the jacket not one more size because really liked. First is no way to start return process online so I emailed the and they replied after a day with a link for start returning process wish one had error in the process in didnt show me the shipping label for return the item and say I have to email costumer service and I did email again asking for the shipping level sent to my email and I also sent the shot of the screen showing the error. They never reply, then I sent several emails again for 3 diferentes emails they have for costumer services and nobody ever reply until now. I try to call the only number I find and the email they sent me with the link for return process and nobody answer, after calling like ************************************************************************************************************************************************* with someone else for help, of course nobody answer and left VM this happened again 3 times and today someone call me about 4pm but I was working and did not answer immediately but call back 5 minutes later and of course nobody answered and left VM again. I think I this point they are avoiding reply my emails or calls because they dont want me to return the item ( I actually request an exchange for bigger size) so I will lose my money about $95.00 because is too small for me. I definitely never will buy in Nathan sport online again and I hope people looking for reviews before buy with them because costumer service is awful ??

    I’d give this company ZERO stars if that was an option! I purchased a hydration belt several months ago and put it aside as I had another one that I was going to retire! Once I threw the other belt away, I began using the belt that I paid $50 for! I used the belt a dozen times or less and the strap to the water belt broke. I emailed the company and called them probably a dozen times and have received no response to emails and no call backs! I did on one occasion make contact with a representative, on September 8th, and he told me to email them. I explained I had done that several times and he said he’d send me a new one, but I have not received anything! This company is terrible!!!
