      I hired them to install a new furnace and fix my heating system. I paid around $15,000. It does not work. I cannot control my heat. My house is always extremely hot 70 and above. They came out once problem not fixed now they refuse to return my phone calls

      *** ******** hired us in August ******************************************************************************************************* the basement that was made during this time. *** ******* wanted us to relocate the boiler to the basement that was being transformed at this time. In the contract that was signed by *** ******** it states that we will install a new ******** ***** wall hung 95% *********** star boiler. It states that we are  RECONNECTING to her existing hydronic heating system. We would make modifications to REFIT the new equipment, boiler manifold, supply and return flow control manifolds, pex pipe and fittings to EXSISTING SYSTEM. We DID NOT guarantee how her system would work with the new boiler, as we were not the company to original install her hydronic system.  A boiler is going to heat every room because there is hot water going through the pipes (hydronic system), we have explained this to her on multiple occasions. 

      After the installation was complete, *** ******* called and complained about her spare bedroom was being heated and she did not want it heated. We set our tech that installed the equipment out to the house and he went over everything with her. Her thermostats and system is working as it should. Her displeasure is because she can't fully control each room's temperature, this is how her existing system was set up, we did not touch her system upstairs. She has complained and we have been back up to her house a total of three times since we installed the unit in October 2024.  We fulfilled our contract with *** ******** her new boiler is working as it should, it is heating her home.

      I have attached her signed contract along with her invoice.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      In regards to my complaint I feel as a single disabled person I'm being taken advantage of by Banyo heating This is fact no matter the story he gives!

      1) I cannot get my heat lower than 70 degrees.

      2) A separate thermostat was put in the spare bed room this does not work room is 70 degrees+

      only zone that works correctly is the one they don't touch on the second floor
