    Bader Insurance is a grift company. I have paid into their insurance plan for 1 year and had a storage facility with no roof, just and open plan. Rat's came and infested my blankets, comforters and rugs. They tore holes in them nested in them and there was rat feces all over my property, which I was paying $200 plus the insurance premium. Bader informed me today that the agreement was void because I had salt and pepper packets in the drawer of the desk violating the "no food" in storage part of the agreement. The salt and pepper packets were not disturbed in any way, just my soft goods used as a bed and torn through. Salt and Pepper are not food. This is a ridiculous claim and I am completely not ok with this. This is charlatanism and complete lack of holding themselves accountable. I think they should be barred from selling insurance in any form for at least 5 years.
