      This company was hired to put on a new roof, removing the old shingles. They did not flash the chimney correctly, along with the front and back roofs of the house. It was just discovered today, during a down pour, that they did not put any drip edge on the back porch roof. Water is running down the house, instead of in the old gutter. They tore off some of the old gutters and put down the new shingles over the current, old gutters strapping, so I don't know how we are going to get new gutters installed. We were going to have this company do the gutters, but not after the crew they provided and the shotty work they did on the roof. They were to make a way for the new gutters to be installed with straps UNDER the new shingles, but they did not do that. We do not want this crew to return, believing nothing will be fixed correctly. We would like this company to not do this type of work to others, and to pay for the flashing to be repaired correctly, including the lack of drip edge. They also removed some downspouts, so water is coming in to our basement now. This was an insurance claim, due to a March storm taking out trees and removing many shingles. This company did tarp the roof, initially, which is why they were hired, but the owner was not on the roof job. The job leader even left for a while. We are very dissatisfied with the job .
