    Our wedding was 8/17/24. We hired Locke Creations for videography during a 50% off deal in the amount of $1,750. This was for a teaser, meant to be delivered within 72 hrs of the wedding, ceremony video, speeches video, and cinematic video(with audio, as states in the contract) - we also added the addition of all BTS/go pro footage, and reels for an extra $250. Meant to be delivered 8/18/24, the day after the wedding. Contract expired 12/15/24 and we have YET to receive our teaser video, BTS footage, and finished reels. I have followed up multiple times with little to no response. ****** Locke has claimed to have emailed the link containing all footage on many different occasions, which could not have happened being that I gave her 4 emails to try to send it to. And lets say there is an issue with their links coming through. This is their job to have basic customer service of responding to me, and figure out a way to get me all missing footage. Being that what is missing was supposed to be delivered 24 hours after my wedding. And to note, no audio presented in our cinematic video as discussed and in the contract. At the bare minimum I want all the footage I am owed. And if not I need refunded for what they have failed to follow through on.

    • On 2/24/20, we made a deposit of $562.50. On 8/17/20 we made a payment of $1687.50
    • On 6/21/22 we were offered to purchase raw footage and audio. On 6/21/22 we paid $250
    • Contract states: Locke creations shall provide full day of video services on the wedding date: August, 29, 2020. Videos taken will be edited and delivered digitally to the Bride and Groom no later than 90 days after the wedding date. Any physical products will be delivered within 6 months. Package Details: Documentary Videography Package 2 videographers, full day coverage, digital video downloads, a flash drive with videos, a documentary style highlight with interviews of guests, a full ceremony and full speeches and a teaser within 72 hours of your wedding.
    • I would like a refund of services, as we have not received digital downloads of the completed wedding videos or a flash drive with the videos.
    • We have not received raw footage and audio as offered.
    • We have made several attempts to contact Amanda Nicole L**** and Herman H**** ** Locke and have been told that it was sent. We are then ignored when asked for a tracking number. No tracking number has been provided, and they have stopped answering my contacts.
