    Next Generation Chimney Specialist came out to our home in FEB 2023 to inspect/ chimney sweep at our home. The next day we had to have them come back out to our home as our pellet stove had an awful smell. There was in fact an issue with fire inside our wall. The owner *********************** advised that the pellet stove was installed wrong and would need to be re-installed. We paid him again to reinstall it at $1200.00 along with $200 to fix the cement on the chimney. He advised the piping was incorrect and they sealed all the seams and they would fix it before the start of the new season. Oct 8th, after nearly a month of back and forth and waiting for ***** to come out to replace the pipe that he quoted $700.00 for but would not provide a receipt and us giving a $350.00 deposit he came out to replace the pipe. On Oct 11th we fired up the pellet stove and it was smoking like crazy. I sent a video to him and advised him it was not fixed. He said he would be out the next afternoon and never showed up or responded to my texts if he was coming. My husband and I had to hire a new company to replace the pipe AGAIN, as he installed the incorrect pipe and Next Generation Chimney (*****) is completely unresponsive to any texts regarding the issue to rectify the situation. The pellet stove ran two days with the new INCORRECT pipe. We have asked for him to provide a refund of the incorrect pipe any money paid for install since we have to again pay another company $1,000.00 to install another one.

    Attached are before and after pictures. We had another company out and paid an additional $1600 to have the work fixed again and the right pipe put in. I have receipts of the new work completed as well.
