      10/28/22. Rented dumpster on Thursday, called Monday for pick up. I had to call 4 times & waited 9 days for the pick up, paid in full on day of delivery, got a bill in the mail for $35 stating we owe that because there was a mattress in the dumpster. Sent a letter to the owner stating there was no mattress. I have 4 witnesses as to what was thrown into the dumpster, received a another bill today, 12/27/22. I am being charged for something that wasnt in the dumpster. We threw out 5-6 air conditioners, 2 big grills, a tv, & other stuff. I dont owe this money,

      We have informed **************** multiple times that even though there was indeed a mattress in her dumpster (verified and charged by a 3rd party landfill) we waived the fee. She still sent us a check, which we sent back with a letter stating again as to why she had an additional mattress fee charge (that was waved) I am not entirely sure why there is a multitude of complaints across multiple platforms. It is borderline slander at this point  She was never charged. I are not sure what she is making this complaint for nor what she wants to be done. There is nothing to adjust unless she wants us to charge her the fee?
