    Kyle came and gave me an estimate to paint my property on August 31, 2022. We agreed to a price and I sent him $3,000 for a down deposit. He stated he would begin the job within 30 days. After a month went by I contacted him and he said he would be getting to the project within 2-4 more weeks. This same conversation continued up until the middle of November. At this point the weather was changing and would make it difficult to paint an exterior building. Therefore, I asked for him to refund my $3,000. He stated that he would start the process and it would be refunded within 14 days. A month has gone by and I have not received my money and he is ignoring my messages. This is most unprofessional contractor that I have done business with.

    We were unable to satisfy our approximate start date due to our paint project on ******* ** in the **** area exceeding it's finish date. 

    Mr. ****** was advised of these current conditions and instead of holding a bear on the contract. We agreed to initiate a refund protocol as its heading into winter. 

    Purchases and investments were made for his store front location and we are still currently processing his refund. He and myself are fully aware of his refund as I am working to initiate the refund as we speak. 

    I hereby find this to be deemed arbitration and fully commit to resolving this financial issue within a reasonable time frame.. if a client makes the investments to have a building painted. It's appropriate to assume one must purchase equipments, materials, etc for the job. This includes but is not limited to just paint, but rollers, brushes, spray tips, and other materials.

    I hired Kyle to install a handicapped bath. He promised it would be done by may. He told me in June he couldn’t do it and would issue me a refund. He gave me bs about his company procedures and how he would start a refund with his accountant. He stopped communicating and now has blocked me on fb.

    We are fully aware we must issue ********* a refund on our behalf. We're currently experiencing a tremendous financial situation and lack of man power and cannot fulfill some jobs we've signed on. We understand ********* and his frustration and are working diligently for a resolution which will result in a refund.
