    The owners are unprofessional when dealing with employees and their issues. They dont believe in managers so everyone thinks theyre a manager.They expect you to do way more responsibilities than other restaurants in the same general business field, but yet they pay minimal.They have safety hazards all throughout the kitchen and bar area.They claim communication is key, but I was fired for trying to communicate thoroughly to them.They plan stuff out with you in advance, then they fail to fulfill those plans on time, but, if they choose to do those plans later and you arent prepared, you get in trouble. (Ex. They said on a Wednesday morning at 7 am that they would call me later that morning to set up an interview, they never called that day, instead I wake up the very next day to a missed call from them and a very rude text message making it my fault that I missed their call even though the call was supposed to happen the day prior.)They pay off health inspectors because the owner flat out admitted that they send bribes to the inspector that is taking care of the inspection, the restaurant is not clean enough to pass inspection the way they claim, seeing as I was pulling receipts from under the fryer that were over 6 months old, showing I was the first person to properly clean under fryers in 6 months or more. They sexually harass each other claiming (we dont have an hr department, so sexual harassment and insults happen here. This is exactly what the chef **** told me my first day, right before he made sexual comments to not only one, but two other female employees that were present in the kitchen).I dont recommend anyone eat, hang out or work here as drugs are fluent through there. My first day of employment, I had patrons try to sell me meth as I was leaving the restaurant. Not a professional place Not a clean place Overall, not a good place at all.
