    Dear Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me. 
       
    Mr. Engle did not do a walk through with me, it was only after that I noticed the issues, and he (Mr. *********************** did acknowledge the infractions and agreed to complete them. The pictures that I attached show the hallway where the moulding was put down is unsatisfactory.

    Mr. Engle and I agreed to do additional work to my bedrooms and he was compensated for it. I am not seeking nothing more except to be compensated for the work that he was contracted to complete.

The resolution that I am seeking at this point is for Engle contracting LLC, to issue a reimbursement for the discrepancies that were discovered and acknowledged by Mr. ********************** himself. To correct the discrepancies is $1600.00 and it does not include labor.I am disappointed that it had to result to my having to file this complaint. I feel it would be unreasonable to have to pay any out of pocket expenses to repair incomplete work.Thank you for time and assistance in this matter.Sincerely,*****************************

    Hello this is ******* Engle. I am the owner of Engle Contracting LLC. Im writing in response to the customer ****************** complaint of repair issues. I have attached above three images of her disputes of incomplete work which is jobs that Engle Contracting LLC did not do. This is her personal bedroom which is one part of the home we did not remodel. 
    **************** is seeking a full refund over work that we did not perform. For the work we did perform. *************** had zero complaints at the final walk through of the home and paid her remaining balance that day. She also went on Angies list and ******** with 5star reviews and proceeded to compliment the work we performed. We take pride in our work and honesty which is also something *************** mentioned in reviews of our business. If you have any questions I have pictures and information on all of the work performed and payments made by check to our business from start to finish. Thank you
