    I am rejecting this response because: they are lying to cover their business. The owner yelled at me rudely and did offer another chair that was powered but would cost me more money. It is ashame that a business would lie to get out of trouble. I never told anybody about how they treated me. I did state that I would report them to the BBB. They will do anything and everything to cover up what they do and say to customers. I just don't want any other customer to be lied to or mistreated. I was told my chair would be in on the next truck the following week. But it took 4 weeks to get. As soon as they got the email from BBB they called that my chair was in. It didn't even come on their delivery truck. They had a worker bring in their pickup truck. The owner wasn't happy. But I am happy I got my chair. Nobody should ever go through being told one thing only to find out it was a lie and it will take weeks to get. Thank you for your help.

    When the customer placed her order on 2/14/25 she was told that we have the same chair ordered for our store we just weren't sure when it was coming but we will give her which ever chair came first. She was told that most orders take a week or 2 come in. We have a truck coming next week her chair might be on the truck but we will call her when it comes in. She expressed no concern with when her chair would come in when she ordered it. On 2/18 which would be our next business day to receive a truck we received an email from her stating that she doesn't appreciate being lied to that her chair would be in in 1 week so somebody needs to give her the correct information and threatening to tell people she was lied to and give our store a negative review. On 3/20 she emailed us again saying her chair would be in in 1 week and if she doesn't hear back from someone without an attitude she would call the BBB. I called her on 2/20 at 10:08am and spoke with her. She was very nice on the phone and seemed understanding. I explained to her that we do not control when the trucks come in and that delivery dates are out of our control. 3/4 she sent a message on ******** saying she is still waiting on her chair. I replied that it has not come in yet and we will call her as soon as it does. 3/6 her husband ***** emailed us saying his wife ordered a chair over a month ago and she was told the truck was coming in a week and she didn't receive it yet he's going to complain to the BBB because she was lied to. They were given the option to buy one that we had in stock and we offered to deliver it that day but they said no it was power and power will not help his wife's asthma  I replied that she was told multiple times that we do not control when our trucks come in and that she will be called when it does. We do not give set dates only estimates. They replied they are informing the BBB because there is no reason to get angry or rude. I told them to call the store to speak to the owner about any concerns and they replied they were going to call the BBB. That is the last we heard from them until their chair came in on 3/12 we called them and delivered the chair.
