    Hired Carefully Clean, LLC to provide a deep clean of our home before our new babys arrival. We discussed what cleaning services would be provided prior to their arrival and they were agreed upon by both parties. They came and left while my husband was home and I was at work. When I got home, I could see that even the most basic cleaning tasks were not completed. Fans were not cleaned or dusted, our shelves throughout the home were not dusted or wood polished as we had agreed, the inside windows were not touched, and there are still crumbs and dust bunnies throughout our home. I had to re-mop the whole floor in the babys room and the kitchen. And had to re-clean many of the baseboards. The owner of the company admitted that she did not complete these tasks, and offered a 50% discount for the inconvenience, leaving our total at $112.50, stating that this is to cover the cost of supplies used. However this price is still unacceptable for the amount of services we actually received. And we requested they use vinegar and water to mop all floors so very little cleaning supplies should have been used in our home. No contract was ever signed. They didn't even bring their own ladder or step stool to reach up high and asked to borrow ours. The following things are the services agreed upon prior to the appointment: -Move furniture with my husbands assistance when needed to clean underneath and behind (not done) -Vacuum and Mop all floors (not fully completed)-Dust everything/oil furniture (not done)-Clean Ceiling fans/ceilings/lamps (not touched) -Baseboards (not completed behind any furniture) -Indoor windows (not touched) -Clean inside only of oven, microwave, toaster oven. (toaster oven not done) The following was completed as asked: -Bathrooms (toilets, sinks) -Clean/oil outside of kitchen cabinets -Clean kitchen counters/sink Attached are some of the photos of the things we found dirty immediately after they cleaned.
