    6/24/23. Business had ****** pallets listed for sale for $325. We asked what is all in it while we were there and they said new ******. We weren't allowed to look in it. The pallet looked good from what we saw. But when we started going through it once we got home we found a small amount of ****** stuff covering a bunch of ******* returns. the ******* returns were all broken and missing items. the pallet had a retail value of around $100. They completely gave us false advertisement so we would purchase it. After we discovered this i sent them a message regarding the issue and the blocked me without any resoultion.

    ****** **** and I both had purchased the same pallet together. He paid with cash and they wouldn't give him a receipt. I paid with card so I got a receipt through ******. However they wouldn't give us a regular receipt. It wouldn't let me attach any of the photos I have. Is there a way I could email them to you? I have other photos to attach to the claim as well. ****** and I spoke today and we agreed that I would go through with you for the claim. Thank you.
