    I had my taxes filed by **** Moooney on the 26th of March 2023. I paid what was owed I gave Mooney my Direct Deposit info, for my refunds to be deposited. I have called **** Mooney 5 Xs already to find out where my refund deposits are and what is taking so long?? I can't stand someone who absolutely ignores phone calls and absolutely ignores voicemail messages. It's Ignorant it's DisRespect, and that's how Mooneys Tax Service Loses Customers!!! Once I find out where my refunds are make it known I Will Not Be going back to Mooneys Tax Service I'm not one that can handle being ignored or having messages being ignored. I can't handle having a Tax Agent show DisRespect and Not Call me. I will Never be coming back to Mooneys Tax Service again I found a different Tax Agent and I will be transferring all my Tax Services to my new Agent for 2022-2023 Tax Season. Mooneys is still Required to call me directly about my refunds I will keep calling until someone answers the damn phone.

    I am wring in answer to you complaint recieved about my business ****** needs to call the IRS at ###-###-#### The IRS is saying she is a deceased tax payor Please check you social security # on return make sure it is correct. I tried very hard to get a hold of the IRS but had no luck untill April 23th, 2023. I was trying to take care of this mistake but the IRS is stating they must talk to tax payor. I am very glad you have a new preparor and i hope you make out well. Your refund is going to be late so i have enclosed $651.00 whitch is the amount of your refund. I have no idea why this happened and I hope with suppling you your refund and the number you can get this taken care of,
