    The nature of the issue is a bathroom remodel that I was promised they would fix after using product they admitted wasnt the right grout, broken tiles from not lining them properly the first time and now the shower stopper broke off due to improper installment. We had them redo our master bathroom in 2022. Since then I have complained about the work and they agreed to come fix it . They came out 2 months ago to fix the tiles and they were supposed to address the grout work as well and they never did. Since then I have had contact and they agreed to come back out and fix it and have yet to do so. All I want is the work that we entered a contract in to be done correctly. The grout needs to be replaced and the shower stopper replaced.

    I gave a deposit to Heath (Top Notch Interiors co-owner) for a bathroom remodel and laundry room doors on 4/15. The total for the laundry room was 750 for the deposit. He couldn't get it done while doing the bathroom.HE was to come and finish the hinges on the bathroom which we paid for but never did that either. He then came and did railings for us a month later and still could not get to the laundry room. This was now May. He continued to tell me doors were back ordered etc. He told me in June the doors would be ready and I said we were out of town in Hawaii but I would let them in and to let me know. We were in Hawaii 2 weeks and never heard anything. I contacted Heath and his partner Harry and asked if we had any dates. They said everything was ordered. A week later saw Harry at the store and he told me everything was in. This is now mid July. Nothing from them. Harry came at the end of July to measure and told me that him and Heath would be back. No one came and again I contacted them on August 1 and got no answers as to when it was ready. After telling Health towards mid to end of June that we were done waiting and just want our deposit back, he then tells me they had planned to come out the next week. Well we were done waiting. I have been contacted him weekly asking for our money with no response. I didn't want it to get to this but I truly just want our deposit back which seems fair to me. I really didn't want it to get to this point. $750.00 is our money. He says he purchased materials. All could be returned as he told me during the bathroom remodel and railing remodel to purchase things that weren't correct and I had to return them. So that's a poor excuse as he did the same thing to me.

    My name is Lauren, I am reaching out in regards to the complaint filed against Heath Z***. The business had been shut down due to heath no longer being with us. 

    Heaths business partner Harry was supposed to of refunded the client and also give them all the material that had been purchased. I’m not sure why he has not done that but I am trying to reach out to him to take care of this. 

    I reached out to **** to try to take care of this directly with her. We will definitely be refunding her the $750.
