      We purchased 2 bags of the Wild Bird Food and had issues. The 2 bags have alot of junk in them and we have to sit and pick it all out otherwise it clogs up out tube bird feeders. We have tried emailing and talking with ********* ****** and ****** ******. ********* asked for pictures and a receipt. We told him we usually don't keep receipts for bird seed but was able to send him pictures. He agreed that would be fine so he can see what is going on. So we did all that got no response by email or phone so we tried again and again and finally we spoke with *********. Said he got out pictures but was still not going to do anything about it? We are not asking for a million dollars just to replace one bag for us not even the two. They are being unfair. We told him we buy at ************* in ***** PA.

      We contacted business in regards to 2 bags of sunflower seeds ( wild bird ) 5 lb. bags @ &7.99/bag bought at ***** in Leola,PA  We sent pictures of what we found in both bags which were sticks, twigs, plus alot of other garbage which was over a 1/3 of the bags. We were sent an email from a ************************* Asst. **** ********************** and was told we would receive a refund for the 2 bags. She asked if we had receipt and told her people nowadays don't really keep receipt. She said find still will issue a refund. This morning 3/7/23 get an email again from ************************* and was now told we will not get our refund for the 2 bags. She says that VP ***************** said no refund. That is nasty and rude and NOT anyway you should treat people at all especially one's who purchase your products. All we want is what we were told in our email and on the phone by ************************* that we will be issued a refund. We really will never want to deal with them or buy their products ever again after the way they treated us. Maybe it should happen to them, so they know how it feels!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

      So what they are now saying is that they will issue me a full refund ?  If this is so, then yes we will accept.

      We have had several birds die after feeding this product to them. The birds were not cheap. We have bought numerous bags of this product. Many times it smelled musty, old & weird. After buying 2 packs that both smelled and these packs are around $8 each and more birds died, we contacted the company, we had to call them several times before getting a hold of them. Today I find some snotty letter in the mail from them requesting the upcs from the bags which the company didn't say to keep, we do have all the receipts. They don't apologize for the birds all dying or apologize at all. Then they want you to hurry up and mail the information back or will close the case. I don't know what is going on in Pennsylvania however between the nasty bug we found in the candy car of *******'s and now this product killing several of our birds , we will no longer buying anything that comes from PA. We have had enough of this company playing games with us. Now we want the refund of the product we have bought at least the last several bags and the cost of the birds.

      I checked into our data base and we have no filed complaint from *************************. In order to request a refund, she will need to follow our procedures by  going into our website at ***************  to file a complaint.
