    I have taken my Volvo in for maintenance twice, and it has been an awesome experience both times! The service department is friendly and helpful, especially ***** the service manager. I had a terrible experience with a dealership only 15 minutes away from my work, but now drive 40 minutes to work with Performance Volvo instead. I highly recommend them!

    Took a toyota truck there to get recall repairs which were free. They did the repairs. Said nothing, other than it was done.
    Made appt for inspection. They said pick it up. Went there. They told me the truck was worth NOTHING. Zero dollars. A junker. Couldn't be inspected, frame destroyed.
    Service representative showed me half dinner plate size rusted holes in frame. Said pics from my truck. Charged for emissions when vehicle couldn't be inspected.
    Kept pushing me to trade it in, and buy new. I didn't want a new vehicle. Kept pushing.
    Went home, got under truck. NO HOLES, minor rust. Had 3 people look. Was told truck could only be trashed. Got inspected, told inspection station all about it. They looked really hard for holes. Hit it with hammer all over looking for spots. Sold for 14k.
    This company deliberately LIED to get me to buy new vehicle. Would have turned around and sold truck, while giving me nothing for trade in.
    Why would you do business with a company that DELIBERATELY DECEIVES people?
    They think its ok to DECEIVE women, bc they are too stupid to get it checked out?
    Run from this business.
