    In November 2022 I obtained an estimate for fence work. It appeared satisfactory and I dropped off my deposit. I had a question about a gate on the plans and understood there would be an additional charge for the gate. As it turned out the estimator had misunderstood what I wanted done and came back to do a new estimate. The new estimate was more than 25% higher. ****, the estimator, understood that the first estimate was a misunderstanding and said I could be refunded my deposit. I asked for a refund and had multiple conversations with office staff at Heritage. My last conversations were in mid December and ******** said the check was on the owner's desk to be signed. I have not received a refund.

    In regards to ***************-******* complaint regarding non-payment.  Payment will be mailed out today.  On 12-19-22 my office had discussions with her that a check would be cut and sent but due to the holidays it may be delayed.  It was on my desk waiting for signature.  I have since signed the check.  See below.
