    This bill was for services that were provided to my father ****** ******. My father passed away on 5/02/2024. My father did not have an estate. Since his passing they have sent numerous bills to me threatening collection and now they are threatening my Son who resides in ********. Neither my Son or I had our name on this account.

    Multiple ******** were sent out for the patient ****** ****** to multiple address's, which all came back for returned mail.  The billing sent to ******* ****** was in care of, the bill is still in the name of the patient ****** ******. ******* ****** information was found via ****** trying to find a better address for the patient's ********.

    It is our normal billing practice to continue to send statements/invoices until a payment is received, or we are notified the patient has passed and there is no estate. We have never received any such notification until now.

    This billing has been closed out for the patient and now has a zero balance since we have now been notified that the patient is deceased and there was no estate.
