I am an elderly, 73 year old woman, and I have to order my packages and food online, as well as food for my cats, and litter. Over the past 6 months, I have had a bunch of packages stolen from the front lobby of our building, from *******, and I tell this to *******. Packages include cat litter, cat food, cat treats, a quilt with pillow cases and pillows from my daughter, and other belongings that are hard to replace. In the beginning, they helped give me orders again when they were stolen. I tried to tell the landlord many times about this issue, and they said that they can't help at all. It is their building. They need to have security cameras up, but they won't put one in the front lobby where the packages are. They just keep telling me to go to the police to make a report, but I already went there once and the police said they can't do anything unless they know who stole from me. I told the landlord about this, but they keep telling me to go to the police, and won't help me or put up another camera to stop the thefts. Please help me. I am on a limited budget through social security and can't afford to keep buying this stuff over and over again. Please make Somerset Towers get another camera or help me and the other residents who keep getting their stuff stolen. Thank you.
