Absolutely horrible! They took my monthly payment over a 3 year period and did NOTHING. I have switched to a different company and have already settled 3 of the creditors that Harold Shepley and Associates did not.
You have EVERYTHING to lose but your debt! Stay away from them! There are other companies out there that are trustworthy.

Contrary to the assertions made in the complaint, Harold Shepley & Associates achieved very positive results for this former client. It is unfortunate to learn that, despite those results, she has apparently fallen victim to one of the many companies with a business model based on promoting false or misleading information. We cannot discuss the details of her case due to the Attorney Client privilege, we are, however, more than willing to show the successful efforts produced by our firm if she chooses to take further action.
