On April 20th I picked up a horse that I purchased in the amount of $6000 from Cole S****, DBA Regal Draft Horse Placement. They arw located in 389 Poverty Hollow Road on Somerset, PA. After talking to ****** ****, who is Mr. S****s girlfriend on the phone, assured me the horse was healthy, able to do many things, and did not have shoes on his hooves. After sending a $1000 deposit thru PayPal to her mother *** ****, to hold the horse for me , paid the remaining $5000 in cash. She wanted me to send her the deposit thru Venmo as a "friend or family", so as to not get charged fees. This is illegal as everyone is not, and they are not claiming all sales on their income. I do intend to contact the IRS on their evasion of income. I am not the only person that they have lied to about the animals they are selling injured, sick or unusable to. They also have a veterinarian who is believed to be in cahoots with them, providing inaccurate exams and paperwork on the horses being sold. These people need to be addressed and held accountable for their dishonesty, abuse to animals involved and the way they are running business. I am looking for restitution on the royal screwing Cole S**** not only did to the horse, but myself for the amount paid to him.
