    May or June of 2021, we had a morotized lift installed in our house. We had numerous problems with it, that Rut Masters resolved....ending with a bigger unit being installed in July 2021. Since then, they replaced numerous "wheels", battery, battery charger. Every time we contacted them, the phone was not answered, couldn't leave a message and no text would be answered. I have dates of contact, and dates when they finally answered. We still have problems getting on and off the lift and it is not a safe situation in our home.The last contact I received from Rut Master was 5/13/22 telling me they were waiting for the wheels to come in and that they would not be able to do some bracing on our wall that they had previously (in April) said they would do. So, my lift is not working properly, I don't have any idea if there is anyone else who can fix it. My husband is 87 years old and this is the main way from our living area to the basement/garage. All I want is to be able to communicate with Rut Master and to get it fixed.
