    I stopped in formica optical to see if they could replace the scratched lens in my glasses. I was told yes, the lens were ordered and on the way. I stopped in when they called to have my lens replaced. I paid. All went well until i got home and noticed the lens was cut wrong and there were imperfections that affected my vision. I called formica optical about this issue and they said to stop in to resolve it. I went into formica optical to have the lens issue fixed or replaced again. They started fixing my lens only to come out and tell me halfway through that my frames may break because of age ( I question this to begin with because i have rayban liteforce frames are meant to last long and bend.) I said ok i will take them with me not fixed instead because i need them for work. Before i could get back i noticed the right lens is completely ruined from what he was trying to do. Because of this i had no choice but to go back because i could not see. This time they told me they can replace my coated lens with a normal basic lens for now, but also said again that the frames may break. After they said the frames may break once more i questioned it, they offered that if the frame breaks they will replace the frame / lens under warranty. I agreed. He replaced the lens but badly damaged my $250 ray ban frames in the process. He stated that he "had to pry out the lens with a screwdriver" - with a laughter. That does not seem like that would be the professional process to me. What was done completely ruined my frames. Scratches, pry marks, and bent frames. I stated i would like the ruined frames replaced under warranty like we talked about. At this point he got very rude towards me. Would not give me my glasses so i could see. I was given a refund of $70 for the coated lens i paid for. I walked in to have my lens replaced and ended up with destroyed $250 ray ban frames and lenses with no coating that is causing me vision issues and headaches.
