    Review of Coaches Auction Authentication Process Buyer Beware Ive made several attempts to reach out to Coaches Auction for clarification on their authentication process, only to receive a single dismissive response directing me to their website which contains no actual details on who performs the authentications or what credentials they hold.After purchasing around 30 items that were all "certified" by Coaches, I decided to submit a few to reputable third-party authentication companies. Disappointingly, several items have come back as not authenticated. Thats when I reached out, hoping for transparency on their process but I was met with silence and told they only deal with the original buyer. Thats a red flag to me as both a buyer and a business owner.Their refusal to stand behind their certifications or even explain their process raises serious questions about the legitimacy of whats being sold. As a business owner myself, I stand behind my products regardless of how they were obtained because integrity matters.If youre considering bidding on items through Coaches Auction, I strongly recommend doing your homework first. Ask questions, demand transparency, and compare their authentication process to other trusted companies. Personally, Ill be sticking to companies that value credibility and customer service.

    This person is not even a customer in our database of over ****** users. He emailed us about an item from an auction 20 years ago and since we obviously do not keep active records that far back, we receive this response. Cant appease everyone. Thx
