      I have had a home loan through Univest for about a year. Initially, the loan was for 90% of the home's value, so we paid the appropriate private mortgage insurance (***). Within a year, we paid off the majority of the loan and are now at a 38% loan-to-original-value of the house. I requested that the *** be removed, as you are only required to pay this when the mortgage is 80% or more of the home's value. I am now required to pay a $190.00 fee to remove the *** for a Broker's Price Opinion on the current value of the house. You were willing to give me 90% of the house's value a year ago! Why would the value of that house be less than 38% of the original value now? It is a scam.

      Univest refuses to credit my account after debit card fraud that spent hundreds of dollars around the world in minutes. Clearly they care very little about a life long customer.
