      Im filling due to several issues regarding my apartment making it uninhabitable as well as the inaction and lack of communication with landlord -Rodent infestation since June 2023 -Black mold under kitchen sink -Black mold in bathroom untreated (painted over)-3 broken burners on stove, last burner lopsided -Rodents living in oven -Broken lights fixture in mud room -Broken glass pane in window -Back patio cracked in multiple places (hazardous walking conditions)-Broken smoke detector -No carbon monoxide detectors -Years expired fire extinguisher -Broken refrigerator/freezer -Well water not tested since May 2023 for high levels of E. coli as well as others (cloudy foul smelling)-Unfinished flooring renovations -Broken heirloom malachite carving board during renovations by property managers -All notifications placed in mailbox and taped on door with incorrect name or address -Sink severely backs up and was promised repairs several times since approximately Jan 2024 If you are unable to reach owner of company, his address is *************************** ***********************************************************************************************************

      After my initial complaint I filed on 7/12/2023, I am still having the same problematic issues one year later.Still no lease, repairs haven't been taken care of, unsafe drinking water since April 18, 2023 when it tested positive for E-coli and Bacteria (I haven't received a report from landlord stating the water issue was resolved or tested). His promise to renovate still hasn't occurred in my apartment. I've made several attemps to the landlord to address these issues and also with the new property managers *************************** who I have spoken to on February 6, 2023 (****). I have addressed to him the issues regarding repairs such as no storm door, front stoop needed to be raised so I don't brake or twist an ankle or foot stepping down to go out of my apartment, all windows do not function properly (unable to fully open them..god forbid if there's ever a fire, my 14 yr old son and I would not be able to escape). kitchen sink leaks constantly after shut use, 3 out of 4 of my stove burners need to be replaced to be functionable for use.
