    I clearly stated that I wanted a heater that was manual and he sold me one that was not. It can not be used in the room because it is a fire hazard. The owner does not care that he sold us a heater that is not manual and was extremely rude .Telling us to call the manufacturer, when we called the manufacturer they told us he has to make good on his sale . They also took time from their schedule to contact this owner . They did not like the fact he sold us the incorrect unit and would not exchange it . They stated he did not want to loose out on the money by exchanging it and that was bad business, they also told us to file a complaint. I am hoping justice can be served and that selling someone a heater that is incorrect and is a hazard, could be able to be exchanged for what we stated at the time of purchase . If he wasn’t educated on what he was selling then he should of called the company and got the correct item for his consumers . He doesn’t care about what he sells nor does he care about his customers . Please help us in this matter , all we want is fair treatment . Thank you so much

    The customer was sold a unit , after long discussions on what type of heater he wanted to use for a room in his house .

    The unit is certified by numerous national gas regulating organizations .  It is basically a vent free gas heater .  The unit is not a fire hazard . The unit has an oxygen depletion system that will shut the unit off if there is a carbon monoxide issue . It’s been on the market for years .  We have sold many of these types of units in my 29 years at this location .

    The other employee he dealt with has been with us for 24 years .

     

    I will not address the insults insinuated by the customer as we don’t go down that road .

     

    And here’s the truth , the unit was purchased on 9/22/2020 .  So this customer has used this item for 28 months and now wants to return it for a refund .
