    Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

***This company continues to create lies and give false information.  I am DEEPLY CONCERNED that they assume to know how and where my jewelry box is located in my home.  It is NOT hidden, and the police report states exactly where it is located.  I have attached a picture for you to view, all of my jewelry is located in a Michael's craft store box, that does NOT have a lock on it.  What is even more concerning is that this business owner knows the size of the diamond earrings.  How does she know that they were "small"?  I do not consider 2 ct. diamond earrings small, but considering she stole them, she could assume they were small based on what the pawn shop gave her.  She was in my home only ONE time and my earrings were missing afterwards.  No other person entered my home within those 12 days.

She has NOT tried to contact us to resolve the matter, as she states.  My husband spoke to her last week and she said "give me a week to figure something out".  We have been nothing but understanding with this issue and would ultimately like the stolen items to be returned immediately.  If her employee will not return the item to her, then she should be utilizing her insurance company.  To tell everyone that you are "insured and bonded", yet not use your insurance is not good business.  I have attached video footage of the company in question, wearing shirts with their company name, discussing stealing money.  While they are discussing stealing the money, one of the women sniffs the money.  I will continue to warn others about this immoral business as this company has done nothing to rectify the situation.  They know our phone numbers, email addresses, and where we live, yet they refuse to return the stolen earrings.

    Regards,

    To whom It concerns,

I have reached out several time to this customer to try and figure out a solution, but they have become impossible to deal with.

She claimed that her earrings were missing.  The date of the cleaning occurred on May 3rd.   She was then notified on May 16th that she was scheduled for her next clean. She then called to report a theft in her home on May 16th.  She had noticed that morning that the earrings were no longer in a secure lock box, that was hidden in the master bedroom closet. The husband originally stated the earrings were worth $3000.00.  They are small diamond stud earrings. There is currently an open investigation with the Peters Township police department, all three cleaner volunteered to make a statement.  All three cleaners are long term employee with no other accusations in over three years. The police have not found my employees guilty of any criminal activity.

This has already been turned into my insurance company.  Unfortunately, they are finding a lot of discrepancy in their story, and they have multiple insurance claims on the same item. They are currently working with the couples home owners insurance.   My  insurance company has an active investigation going on before they just hand out a large sum of money.

This couple has also threatened to destroy my business' online if I do not force my insurance company or personally pay them a large amount of money.  They have slandered my business' all over the internet. I am sorry that they fill the need to blame my cleaners, but have no proof besides us being in there home two weeks prior the date of the incident
