  My client purchased a wheelchair. When it was delivered, she discovered that the dimensions were wrong. The chair did not fit through doorways, and her feet could not touch the floor. She called the company requesting an exchange. She was told, no go. You got what you ordered.
  The chair is still in the carton collecting dust. This disabled lady is out of luck and out of pocket.

  I purchased a rollator in May 2022. I was told it would be shipped many times. The last time was from the middle of November to the end of November.
  The company doesn't answer their email nor their telephone.

  I purchased a very expansive lift chair for my wife. The chair was manufactured by Golden Technology. During the unpacking of the chair I noticed that the chair seat to the floor was very high(24 inches) compared to the current chair that we have(19 inches). Immediately I recognized that this would be a problem for my wife. My wife has mobility and balancing issues. Currently with her old chair she has no problem getting in to the chair. She approaches the chair (with the aid of a walker), turns around and sits down. The new chair with the additional height(seat to floor) presents a problem because of her height. She has not sat in the chair. The chair is unused and has been covered with a clean blanket. I contacted American Quality Health Products. The person I spoke with (Cindy) was not very helpful when I asked why the chair is not returnable. She replied that she did not have to give a reason because it was stated on the website return policy. I spoke with her manager, Cary(?) Hoffman and essentially I got the same lame excuse. He suggested that I develop a "procedure" to make it work and also built a platform and place it in front of the chair. I really have a problem with attitude that someone suggest an unsafe procedure to a person with mobility and balancing issues. I also asked him as to why the chair is not returnable to which he replied "It is stated on the website!"

  The client purchased the chair in question on there own. All the specifications are noted on the website. As far as returning or exchanging the chair, the manufacturer does not except returns or exchanges. This information is clearly noted on our web site. This is an unfortunate situation for both parties. We delivered the chair in question as was ordered by the client. We get the bad review for doing what the client asked for. .
