Our experience with Guardian was extremely positive. ********* educated us about our roof, the problems it had, and what our options were. He had excellent communication with us throughout the process of replacing our roof. The crew that worked on our roof cleaned up and we would have never known they were there except for the new roof we received. We highly recommend Guardian!

Make the roof shopping experience easy and go with Guardian. I diligently research companies and contractors before selecting one to ensure any work is being done with a reputable and trustworthy group. I finally landed on Guardian after reading numerous reviews online and with the BBB. Nathaniel was my contact and he did not disappoint and lived up to the expectations I had. Not only was he knowledgeable and professional but also personable and honest throughout the process. He took the time to research different shingle options for our older house and presented us with a variety of options until we selected the one that best fit the home’s aesthetics.
And the process couldn’t have been any easier. After filing a claim with our insurance company for a hail storm, Nathaniel and the team took it from there. They worked back and forth with our company to ensure everything that needed to be addressed was taken care of. He handled all the communication and kept us informed of the progress along the way. We also worked with him to get some additional siding work done that was not part of the claim since we were so impressed with the team. Honestly I wouldn’t expect a large roofing project like this to be this easy but it was.Guardian Roofing and Siding, LLC

I'm grateful for the service Guardian provided after my roof was damaged by a severe hail storm. Nathaniel Miller represented the company with integrity, professionalism, and persistence. His knowledge of roofing systems made the process an easy one. Guardian was the best contractor I have ever used. Robert took the time to explain everything that would be done. He even gave suggestions and his preference to colors. That is something no other contractor that I had would do. Time from when I called to my roof being completed was less then 3 week's. Roof install was 1 day. His father was very nice and oversaw job. The roofers cleaned up every bit of trash. You would never of known they were there. Robert kept close eye on my house and what was being done. Guardian exceeded expectations in every way. Bob Allen, our salesperson, was knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right and on time. Jack and the installation crew were pleasant, efficient and competent, and the entire process was completed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Guardian was great throughout the whole process. The roofing crew was organized and efficient. Working with Robert (Bob) A**** was a real pleasure.
