    This company booked to do a photographer and videographer for our wedding in May of 2022. It has been over a year now, and still, no professional photos and video have yet to be delivered. The worst experience dealing with Wedding Bug! The photographer they sent us did a worse job than you can ever imagine. What was supposed to be a magical and amazing day was ruined by the Wedding Bug team's behavior. The video and photos are really below professional standards for photographers and videographers. We contacted them many times and refused a refund. The CEO of this company, Hugh did absolutely nothing. No accountability, and stopped responding to my emails, which is unacceptable. He offered an album to fix the issue. The photos are not good enough to make albums, display forms and share with family and friends. I don't want a lousy album as an apology. Hugh fails to make it right and refunds our money. He needs to do the right thing. The only option is a refund. They need to find a solution agreeable to both of us. No album or anything else will not be acceptable other than a refund.

    I booked a wedding for May of 2020 as we all know that was in the middle of the pandemic my wedding was canceled the venue went out of business I had asked for a refund months in advance of my wedding and they told me no that they would just photograph my new wedding I was like okay that's fine. Then the pandemic continued the venue went down the venue gave us our money back. We ended up getting married at the courthouse because we wanted to be married on the day that we wanted to be married I have been in contact with Denise since 2019 and she stopped responding the last email I received back was May of 2021 I emailed back I'm still waiting for my refund no response I would like my refund I did not receive any services you did no services for me give me back my money.

    Horrible pictures from the captures color maybe 5 photos were okay nothing professional about them. A once in a lifetime moment that I will never capture again. The photographer gave no direction capture people eating with mouth wide open the back views you name it they were all worst experience of my life on what was supposed to be memorable moments…. Guest captured better photos than the photographer through wedding bug. I notified them and only thing they offered was pic the photos and they would do the best to edit.. No possible way to edit 150 pic….
