    1. My husband always orders a water when we go out to eat. Here you order a water and they bring you a bottle of water and charge you for it.
    2. Cheesesticks were ordered and usually the marina sauce comes with it. They brought it to me with the sticks (which I don't use it). They charged me for it. They should of asked me if i wanted the marinara sauce!
    3. There are no drink prices or explanation on the menu. I ordered a sweet tea and when i needed a refill they brought me another and charged me for 2 sweet teas, no refills, no explanation.
    4. They don't even have a real menu. It's 4-5 pieces of paper stapled together!
    5. The "buffet" isn't a true buffet, all the wings, ribs and other hot foods are under heat lamps which sit on a table, no other heat source, which is a prime extraction for all kinds of bacteria to grow and it's unsanitary!
    6. There is absolutely NO handicap access. The back door is a very small slit in a wall that bigger people would have a problem entering, it's not even big enough for a wheel chair or even to have a walker turned side ways to enter and the front door are all steps.
    7. When we cashed out our bill, They charged us a $3 fee for using a debit/credit card! There is absolutely nowhere that states they charge a fee for using a card! This is illigal!

    1. We have always charged for bottle water $1.00, we charge for drinks to offset our inexpensive food prices. 2. Waitress asked you if you wanted marina or ranch, you said marina (and was used on your plate), 3. We don't have a drink menu ( you can always ask for prices, and didn't) Drinks or tea is free... so yes you pay for a second cup just as if you went to a fair and got a second lemonade its not free!! 4. Our menu very detailed and is 4 pages so you can read the print, try to put on 4 pages on 1 page... you would never be able to read. Must restaurants are more than one page for that reason.5. The buffet ... Heat lights, we don't even own them let alone use on the buffet. We do have a bulb for added lighting. Our buffet table is a water steam table used for just that. We also have a special pizza one. 6. Not even sure if you came in ( other than we waited on you ) Our back entrance is black top to concrete to a 36 in door that is all handicap guidelines, to which our bathrooms are also!! 7. At our register we have a sign posted for the credit card fee, we also have an ATM that you can use or pay CASH!! We get fees when taking your card, so we pass those to you! If we only accepted cash, you would have been upset also. I have attached several photos, to back my statements, 

    Your Facebook reviews and google reviews... you also left never went unnoticed and we had customers laughing at them. Life is not free nor is your meal and drinks, we hope you don't do stuff like this to every restaurant you enter. Also, a customer would called or ask for a manager to correct the situation, to which I was working.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear 

     

    they don’t offer free drinks and tea! And the back door IS  NOT handicapped accessible! Someone needs to do a further investigation! And there is no sign stating any fees! NO the waitress did not ask me! I don’t use ranch or marinara so why would I say that I wanted it????? I use ketchup!!!!! They should ask if people want a cup of water! We will never go back here and will not recommend others to go here either! We will do the opposite! We will tell people not to go here! They are only doing this because we are out of towners! Which is another reason to tell people not to go here!
