    I placed an ordered (through ***** with this company for 3 vacuum filters and 3 belts back in May of 2023. I did recieve my order but 2 of the vacuum filters were missing. I contacted the seller several times and they gave all kinds of excuses why I didn't get the replacement. At first they said it was sent then changed their message to they didn't have my info I believe just a stall tactic to let the time laspe with ****** money back policy. ( I have all the messages with *****) Finally when the seller stopped answering me I contacted ***** I've filed a complaint with **** and talked with them several times and still nothing from the seller (Electricvac). I don't know why this is such a big problem it's only 2 filters?

    I ordered Eureka SL vacuum bags, what I received was LS style bags for a different vacuum. This was ordered through an internet company *******. When I contacted Electric Vac they said they would send out the correct bags, but did not provide a tracking number. After a few weeks nothing arrived. I contacted them again and they said they would open a dead mail case and send out another package, again no tracking number. Still I received nothing. I tried to contact them again and they did not respond to my inquiry. I contacted ****** and filed a complaint for a refund. ****** contacted me and said Electric Vac agreed to a refund as soon as I return the wrong vacuum bags. No information on how to return. I feel that the company never sent replacement bags (supposedly twice) and is hoping I would just go away. I should not have to pay for return shipping when it was the seller's error.
