    I was solicited *** text to have car serviced or whatever . I opted to have my car cleaned and inspected . They picked car up and dropped it off . I went to car in the morning there was coolant all over ground they were late dropping it off never text when pulled in driveway . Also it was missing charger n sunglasses . I contacted them after I sent pictures they came with tow truck brought it back and all of sudden I have a 1500 bill on top 450 for inspection and cleaned .. I believe they should have changed no labor at all I’m a boat captain my glasses were over 300 . So my only resolve is to return 1100 .

    Dear *** *******:
    We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint filed by *** *****. First, she was not solicited. Our business sent out a text blast asking if anyone needed any work to be done as we were slow. Yes, *** ***** did opt to have her car inspected. Because she opted to have this service done, one of our service writers who lives close to *** ***** offered to pick up her vehicle free of charge and deliver it to her free of charge. This is not our normal policy outside of a 10 mile radius. She said that she was not in a rush as she wasn't looking to put the car on a rail car until the end of November as she was moving to Florida.
    While the vehicle was at our service facility, *** ***** asked if we had access to a detailer. We work with a mobile detail company who was accommodating while the vehicle was at our facility. When the vehicle was completed, photos of the completed vehicle were texted to *** ***** for her approval. She was quite satisfied with the detail via text messages. At that time the vehicle was delivered to her residence. The vehicle was delivered to her residence by the same service writer and was caught in traffic and communicated this to *** ***** and she had conveyed to him that had plans to go out for the evening. This was done so via text. Our service writer had continued to communicate with her while trying to get her vehicle to her residence and was met with resistance. The vehicle was left in her driveway song with the key and invoice and her key on the passenger seat. *** *****'s response via text was why he would not hand her the key and his response was that she had plans to go out.
