    The product they sold us was not in line with what we actually received. I paid for 2 combo pass tickets. They sell timed ticket passes and ours were for 7:00 p.m. There was no signage or anything to communicate that we would be waiting over 2 hours to even enter the first of the 3 attractions. This was massively disappointing and frankly irresponsible on the part of the business. They do cap tickets for each entry time but clearly the cap should be significantly lower if the wait times are this egregious. They cannot accommodate the amount of people they sell tickets to in the given timeframe. On top of that, the actors touched us without consent while we were in line and we did not sign any type of waiver. They communicated to us at the entry of the attraction that we would be touched, well after they had already done so.
