    On the week of the 13th of December 2024 I met with **** ****** owner of blue ribbon exteriors llc I showed wat needed to be done which siding on my house at that time he let me know that he also installed windows so I agreed to have two windows installed on my garage we agreed on a price of ******* for everything down including the windows on the 13th I met **** at my house to give half payment of ****** but instead I gave him ******* he was supposed to start the fallowing week on the siding and later on the windows when they came in Its been three months and I have no siding no windows and no ******* dollars I have all texts saved and I all video recordings saved

    Nov 7, 2023 Blue Ribbon started the project of building a metal roof attached to house roof and extending over my deck. They put a ceiling on but did not finish siding on gables or finish deck railing and deck floor boards as contracted. I paid them ********* for work completed but did not pay for unfinished work. I called and left messages, texted and emailed multiple times since then to see when they were coming back to finish. They did not return any of my calls. When the weather got warmer the ceiling they installed started to sag and buckle. I began calling again to have them come look at it and fix it. They simply will not return calls. I have hired someone else to install siding but want blue ribbon to repair ceiling. My husband told them on a message that we will file complaint with BBB if they do not return call and they still have not. That was a week ago. I just want them to make the ceiling right. I feel the materials they used were inferior for the application.
