      America Needs Fatima is a Catholic charity organization that I contacted on 6/20/22, asking for a cease to the unsolicited mail I had been receiving. I was told my name would be removed and my information not shared. This week I received another piece of mail, now almost a month later, and when I called again, the operator claimed there was nothing further she could do. Receiving mail unsolicited is one thing, but having the same organization continue to send me mail is harassment. I am not Catholic, I have no idea how my information was leaked, but it was bought and shared by a company called ******, who I will also be reporting. I want America Needs Fatima to STOP SENDING ME MAIL IMMEDIATELY as they clearly have shady practices in obtaining leads and seem to think it's ethical to still send me mail after I literally told them to stop.The attached letter from them shows it is addressed to me and that the date is 6/23/22. That's 3 days after I called, and several weeks before I received it.

      I received your letter about *********************'s complaint. I verified in our database he called and requested to be removed from our mailing list on June 20. He mentions receiving a letter from us dated 6/23. The copy was not attached, so I am unable to determine what caused that. If a copy is provided, I can research it further.
      Our policy is to honor any request to be removed from the mailing list. However due to the nature of printing and mailing, some mail may already be prepared. In which case, it is not possible to stop that individual piece of mail.

      I am rejecting this response because: the unsolicited mail dated 6/23 was literally attached and I have quite literally attached it again, where you can see plain as day it is dated 6/23. Stop sending me mail against my consent and remove me from all your lists. Stop lying and look at the attachment, which is undeniable proof.

      Dear Sir of Madam: 

      In response to your letter and *** ******* ********'s request to be removed from the America Needs Fatima list. I confirmed his name has been removed. However, due to the COVID delays in printing and inserting, it many projects start months in advance. In this case, it is not possible to remove a name after the project is started. 
      The letter *** ******** received was in process at the time he requested to be removed from the mailing list. At this point, he should not receive any more mail from America Needs Fatima.
