    I hired Total Landscaping Concepts in June of 2021 to redo our back yard (brick patio, dug up and planted new grass, etc.). We also paid to have new steps put in which included staining the steps so the wood would not get damaged (this is in the contract). At the time the yard was completed, we were informed by one of the owners, *** ***, that they would finish our steps (stain) by the following summer of 2022. I have followed up multiple times including by phone about them finishing the steps. Then owner has apologized both on the phone and by email but has yet to finish the project. He came out to our house a few months ago to look at the steps but has still not completed the project. I fear the wood has been damaged due to weather exposure since we are going on four years. I want Total Landscaping Concepts to finish the steps including replacing any damaged wood. Thank you.
